Industrial Chemist with an MBA in Sustainable Development from FGV with over 40 years of professional experience having worked in large companies such as: AMBEV, Nabisco, Kraft Foods, General Mills and Arcos Dorados/McDonald's Latin America.

He is currently the Founder and CEO of Dreams and Purpose Consulting. He also supports a number of non-profit entities such as: Enactus Brasil, One Young World Brazil, Refugio 343, Instituto Capitalismo Consciente Brasil and Aldeias Infantis.
