Lahna was originally born in Lansing, Michigan. She attended college at the University of North Carolina, Wilmington and studied abroad in Marseille, France. Lahna graduated from the UNCW Cameron School of Business with dual Bachelor’s Degrees in International Business and Operations Management. Upon graduation, Lahna moved to New York City to begin her career in the financial services industry as a portfolio manager. Lahna attended the 2017 One Young World Conference in Bogotá, Colombia and the 2021 Conference in Munich, Germany. She has remained actively engaged in the OYW community taking part in numerous projects and initiatives over the years helping to make her community both locally and globally a more equitable place.

David Eduardo Mora Godoy

David is originally from Mexico and has made Canada his second home since 2018. He is currently working as a Global Brand Strategy Specialist for BRP in Montreal. Back in 2015, he joined the company and he was in charge of the Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility Area in Mexico, getting national and international awards, recognitions and distinctions, and trying to share the importance of having a strong connection with our communities and environment.

David has been involved in multiple social initiatives such as sustainable and entrepreneurial projects in marginalized communities in Queretaro, Mexico. He has worked closely with the government, universities, and enterprises to create lasting and sustainable projects. He conducted research on women’s empowerment and broken technologies and published/presented the results in Tenerife, Spain in 2014. The same year he was part of the Mexican Delegation at the G20 Young Entrepreneurs' Alliance Summit in Sydney, presenting this and other projects to the most important world entrepreneurs.

David has collaborated with Enactus for many years, as a participant in the program. David has been invited multiple times as a judge of Enactus’ national competitions in Mexico, and to the Enactus World Cups. He attended the 2019 OYW Summit in London for the very first time, and then joined the OYW Team as the Coordinating Ambassador for Canada.

Nikita Dhesikan

Nikita is a Strategy Consultant at Bain & Company, where she contributes to strategic and operational design for major corporations. At Bain, she also leads the Seattle chapter of the Global Development Network. She founded Bottled at the Source, a social initiative aiming to promote sustainable product development through community investment. Having advised nonprofit organizations across four continents, her primary areas of focus are global development and the intersection between business and social impact.

Nikita obtained her M.S. in Management from London Business School and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California. She grew up in California and lived in London for the last few years, before recently relocating to Seattle, WA. She attended the 2019 London OYW summit as a member of the United Kingdom delegation.

Sarah is an advocate for all things social impact. She has authored many publications on the topic and sat on Deloitte Global’s Social Impact Committee. She attended University of California, Los Angeles and the London School of Economics — with a concentration on developing business models for a sustainable world, in both institutions. She has served as a strategy professional and consultant for enterprise startups and several F500 companies. Through her partnership with One Young World, she hopes to continue her influence in the social impact space within corporations. She is a certified health coach, an avid yogi, a fan of all things dance & arts, and an advocate of a plant based diet.
